First of all I went to their in person shop in Manchester and the woman working there was super helpful and so lovely. She answered all my questions with deep insightful knowledge! The online experience it's self was quick and easy you have so so many options with shape, colour and sizes. When the nails arrived they came in this very cute pink package the inner girl in me loved it! Inside the package;I don't know if it's for all of the packages, but mine came along with the set of nails, some very cute stickers and a personalised message that just made the whole experience so nice and warm. For those that also want to know if you didnt already, the nails come with instructions as well as some glue and some sticky tabs for those that can only wear the nails for a short time. I highly recommend buying from here! All I can say really is wonderful
