Return Shipping: If the item is returned for size issues and meets our return condition criteria, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
Replacement Shipping: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, if it is found to be in acceptable condition for resale, we will send out a replacement in the correct size at no additional shipping cost to you. We aim to dispatch the replacement item promptly, ensuring it reaches you as quickly as possible.
